Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Condition

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping is arranged with us first — contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return (or approving a damage claim).
