Product description & imagery

Each piece is a cast-resin ornament with an LED light. Workshop and lifestyle imagery in our marketing is illustrative of the style and process; finished items are produced in a workshop/factory setting and may vary slightly from the photos.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding and copy are owned by Declan’s Ocean Art and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The product is a decorative LED ornament; use it as intended. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Declan’s Ocean Art is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's home jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled there.
